Bristol-based video and B2B podcasting agency LRB has announced a major business milestone, having tripled its annual turnover in just 12 months.

The company’s revenue jumped from around £108,000 in 2023/2024 to over £312,000 in 2024/2025, marking a significant leap for the growing company, with an office on the city’s iconic Spike Island.

Founded in April 2019, LRB has established itself as a company that provides industry-leading content, with a focus on high-impact, trust-building video and podcasting services.

LRB’s growth reflects a wider surge in demand for authentic, strategy-led video and podcasting among a wide range of business audiences in Bristol and across the UK.

“This growth isn’t just about numbers, it’s about capitalising on the momentum we’ve built in the last few years,” said Luke Barnett, Founder and CEO of LRB.

“We’ve found our niche in the B2B space, and the response has been incredible. Our clients come from a diverse collection of industries, but have all come to realise the power of podcasting in modern marketing.”

To support the growing demand, LRB is now hiring for a Podcast Videographer & Editor – a hybrid role that blends filming, editing, and creative input.

“This is an exciting opportunity for someone to get in at a crucial stage,” Barnett added. “We’re still growing and shaping the company. Whoever joins us next will help define what LRB becomes next on our journey.”

To date, LRB have established themselves within the B2B space by working with companies such as Stantec, Aker Solutions, Bechtle, and Hoxton Wealth.

LRB have also created content for brands such as Amazon, Barbour, Moet & Chandon, European Movement, Inspired Villages, and many more.
